Taking their own advice that 'life is meant to be lived' John Schluter and Yvette Daniel sold their Melbourne practice in 2003 and moved to Mackay for a tropical lifestyle. They have built a unique business in Mackay, helping clients decide what it is they want in life that will make them as happy as possible and then working with them to help them achieve their lifestyle goals. John and Yvette’s prime objective is to do the very best they can to help their clients to live life on purpose, rather than living
life by accident.
John and Yvette are ideally suited to the Storm culture and philosophy, which is not all about making money. It’s about determining what a wealthy life means to you and how to achieve it. Wealth means different things to different people. It may be anything from living in a grass hut in Cooktown to living in 5 star hotels around the world. The reality is that whatever people want to do with their life is usually limited by finances.

John and Yvette specialise in encouraging clients to stretch the boundaries of how they see themselves and provide the expertise and guidance to create the wealth needed to live the life they choose.
John and Yvette have more than 10 years experience in financial planning. John holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics & Finance), a Diploma of Financial Planning and is currently undertaking a Masters in Applied Finance. Yvette holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance), a Diploma of Financial Planning and is also undertaking a Masters in Applied Finance. Both are members of the Financial Planning Association.
Apart from their professional credentials, they are sincerely genuine and caring people, full of optimism and enthusiasm – qualities that are essential for preserving and strengthening the Storm culture.
